Graduation Fees ($115) need to be paid by January 28 to avoid a late penalty fee. These fees can be paid using mypaymentsplus.com. Look at the Dues tab
to find it.

Senior Ads for the Yearbook need to be ordered by October 15. All information may be found at Big Red Yearbook
Final Yearbook Picture Dates
- Final sitting dates for yearbook pictures will be Oct. 4 and Nov. 3.

Senior Parent Meeting
Dear students & parents;
Given the growing concerns around COVID-19 in our community, we have made the decision to cancel the Class of 2022 Senior Meeting scheduled for Monday, August 30th. As soon as a decision is made regarding the rescheduled date for this event, we will communicate it via email, google classrooms and social media. Thank you for your understanding as we work together to support the safety and well-being of our students and the Gainesville community.

Dadas las crecientes preocupaciones en torno a COVID-19 en nuestra comunidad, hemos tomado la decisión de cancelar la reunión de los alumnos del 12 grade de la Clase 2022 programada para el lunes 30 de agosto. Tan pronto como se tome una decisión con respecto a la fecha re-programada para este evento, la comunicaremos por correo electrónico, aulas de Google y redes sociales. Gracias por su comprensión mientras trabajamos juntos para apoyar la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros estudiantes y la comunidad de Gainesville.

- Paid after January 3, 2022, but by April 1, 2022 - $125.00
- Paid after April 1, 2022 - $135.00
December 17, 2021 - Senior Information Online Form Due
January 31, 2022 - Senior Fees Due ($115.00 if paid by this date)
April 1, 2022 - Appropriate documentation for name changes due to Mrs. Kendall Thompson.
(Changes submitted after this date will incur a reprinting fee of $15.00 for diploma reprinting)

Senior Information Form
IMPORTANT: All seniors MUST complete the Senior Information Form by December 18, 2020. This form collects information needed to order your cap, gown, and diploma. The form also outlines your requirements and due dates for graduation fee. Read all directions carefully when completing the form. Seniors must complete this form on the Senior Google Classroom. If a senior is not able to access the Senior Google Classroom, he/she should email lara.mallard@gcssk12.net Pay attention to the due dates for graduation fee because there are late fees attached after certain dates. You can make payments on mypaymentsplus.com.
